Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, we offer a full refund (less the shipping costs) when the product has not been worn within 14 days of receiving the items.

We are unable to facilitate exchanges (with the exception of your first order), so if you require a different size please place a new order. Please note that customers will be responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.

If this is your first order, we want you to be able to get your SSE sizing just right for your child and understand if you need to make a change. Please email us (Hello@ShortStirrupEquestrian.com) and we will send you a prepaid USPS label for the exchange. Will will ship the new size to you as soon as your exchange goes in the mail. We only accept exchanges on our sunshirts and leggings. Hats, belts and saddle pads are excluded from exchanges.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Worn or unclean merchandise is void of any returns or exchanges.

To begin a Return, please head to our Returns Portal. Returns received not through this portal will not be accepted.

Items will ship out within 7 business days. If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Our clothing items are designed to be extremely durable for your young equestrian. In order to maintain the original clothing functionality, machine wash on cold and lay flat/hang to dry (please do not use the dryer or wash in hot water). Spot cleaning is easy with soap & warm water.

The saddle pads can be machine washed (on cold) and laid flat to dry.
